Tony Galvan

Tony Galvan, age 44, was called to his Lord and Savior Friday, December 16, 2022.

A Memorial Service for Tony will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, December 29, 2022, at Blaylock Funeral Home Chapel of Brownwood with burial to follow at Greenleaf Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Blaylock Funeral Home.

Tony was born July 28, 1978, in Brownwood, the son of Mary Alice and Fernando Vasquez. He was raised in Brownwood and moved to Brownfield as a young adult. Tony was a dedicated father, Papa, and friend. He spent many days making memories with his family. He worked hard doing what he loved, farming. He enjoyed taking his grand babies out to the fields for a ride on his tractor. Tony loved watching the Longhorns and Cowboys with his son and sons-in-law. He would get a tattoo from his favorite tattoo artist which happens to be his best friend/cousin Lex every chance he got. Tony loved hard. He made everyone feel special. He will be missed by so many.

He leaves behind his mother, Mary Alice Galvan-Vasquez and husband Fernando Vasquez; brothers and sisters, Rosemary Vasquez, Gloria Vasquez, Fernando Vasquez Jr., and Paul Vasquez and wife Dolores Callahan; children, Frankie (Alan Villarreal), Alexis (Ivan Nguyen), Jose Peña and Viviana Gomez of Levelland, Texas; grandchildren, Alexander Nguyen, Nikolas Peña , Aviana Villarreal, Ivan Nguyen Jr. , Alan Villarreal Jr. , Matteo Baeza, Jane Nguyen, and one on the way. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins, and friends.
