Ramona Kay Dickerson

Ramona Kay "Mona Bona" Dickerson age 57, of San Saba, Texas passed away peacefully on February 21, 2022.  Mona was born in Amarillo, Texas to Jimmy Dickerson and Dolores (Vaughn) on August 15, 1964.  Mona was a longtime resident of San Saba County.  Mona worked for over 14 years for the San Saba County Sheriffs Dept. and referred to her first responders as her little chickens.  She was a collector of tea cups and loved spending time outdoors with her family.  Mona was a devoted proud Gummy.  She loved to write and to sum it up she was a sophisticated redneck.

Those left behind to cherish her memory are her daughter Caitlin Elizabeth Hall and husband Jacob Wysong;  sister Charlie Alderson; grandson Ryhet Wysong; cousin Jennifer Fleming and husband Charles; two special friends; Delores Tyler and Diane Meador Wood; numerous extended family and friends.  She was preceded in death by her mom Dolores Dickerson grandmother and grandfather Catherine and Ditt Vaughn; three aunts Flora Turner, Allie D.Stern, and Daisy McHorse; one grandson Stetson Creek Wysong and one brother in Love Larry Alderson.
