Larry Dean Alderson

Larry Dean Alderson age 66, passed away on July 27, 2020 surrounded by his family at his residence. Larry was born on August 24, 1953 in Lampasas, Texas to Thomas Alderson and Mary (Ramsey).  Larry spent 30 years of his career as a lineman and 7 years as a San Saba County dispatcher before retiring in May. Larry was an active member of San Saba First Baptist Church. Larry was a mentor to many and will be dearly missed by all.

Larry  is survived by his devoted wife of 35 years, Charlie Alderson; one son; Larry Dean Alderson Jr. and wife Tracy of Thorndale, Texas, one daughter; Jennifer Morgan and husband Lawrence of Phoenix, AZ; grandchildren; Makayla Alderson, Landon Alderson, Aaron Morgan, Lauren Morgan, and Jackson Morgan; two brothers; Charles Alderson and wife Marilyn and Joe Allen Alderson;  one niece Cara Alderson; Sister in love, Mona Dickerson and Bonus children; Caitlin Hall, Jennifer, Jadyn and Jimma Fleming, Angel Turner and Ryhet Wysong. Larry is preceded in death by his parents Howard and Marie Alderson.

A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, July 29, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at San Saba's First Baptist Church with Brother Sam Crosby officiating.  A private interment will be held at a later date.
