Lanny Jones

Lanny G. Jones, age 71, of Duncanville passed away Sunday, October 9, 2022, at Laurenwood Nursing Home in Duncanville.

Graveside Service for Lanny will be held at 11:00 p.m. Saturday, October 15, 2022, at Cedar Point Cemetery with Bishop Tyler Fuqua officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Blaylock Funeral Home of Brownwood.

Lanny was born on November 10, 1950, to Merl and Opal Jean (Shoemake) Jones in San Angelo.

Lanny is survived by his children, Kristi Connelly, Brandon Jones, Ryan Jones, Darrin Jones, Mark Jones, Brett Jones, Kellye Jones, Adam Jones, and Lindsey Brown; numerous grandchildren; and a brother, Stan Jones. He was preceded in death by his parents, Merl and Opal Jones; and a sister, Marlene Jones.
