Our precious Braxton Layne Wright was called home to Heaven on September 30, 2026, leaving behind a lifetime of love in the hearts of everyone who knew and cherished him.

Braxton was born on July 30, 2026, in Brownwood, Texas, to Monica Nicole Wright and Levi Tabor. Although his time with us was far too short, the two months we were blessed to have him changed our lives forever. In those precious two months, Braxton filled our lives with love, joy, and countless memories that we will treasure for the rest of our days.

Braxton was the sweetest little boy, and his beautiful smile could light up any room. He was a true mama’s boy who loved being held, cuddled, and close to his momma. He was deeply loved by so many, and everyone who had the blessing of meeting him will forever remember the happiness and love he brought into their lives.

Braxton loved going on car rides and spending time at the boardwalk with his momma and his big sister, Emersyn. His Sissy absolutely adored her Bubba. The first thing she would say when she saw him was, “Bubba, Bubba.” She always wanted to hold him, give him kisses, and be close to her baby brother. She would even bring him toys to play with, even though he was still much too little to play with them. Braxton was his Sissy’s favorite person, and the precious bond they shared will forever hold a special place in our hearts.

Braxton also loved spending time with his Daddy. Every moment spent together became a treasured memory that will be carried in our hearts forever.

In his two short months on this earth, Braxton touched our lives in ways words could never fully express. He was a beautiful and precious part of our family, and his memory will live on through everyone who loved him. We will carry his sweet smile, his precious little personality, and the love he gave us for the rest of our lives. Though our time with him was brief, the love we have for him is everlasting.

Braxton is survived by his parents, Monica Nicole Wright and Levi Tabor; his beloved sister, Emersyn; grandparents, Michael and Tasha Wright, Loretta and Ronnie Harrell, and Joseph Grace; aunts, Jessica, Tru Grace, Ashley, Maria, and Lenay; uncles, Michael, Dakota, and Anthony; cousins, Westin, Grayson, and Asher; his godmother, Tynleigh Hughes; and numerous other loving family members and friends who will forever cherish his memory.

He was preceded in death by his half-sister.

Funeral services were held on October 7, 2026, at Blaylock Funeral Home of Brownwood. Arrangements were entrusted to Blaylock Funeral Home of Brownwood.
